About the CPR Course

Our CPR Course (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) teaches you the practical application of skills, necessary to sustain a life until additional  medical help arrives.

In this nationally accredited course, participants will learn Basic Life Support (BLS) skills that help maintain blood flow and oxygenation to a patients vital organs, buying time in those first crucial moments after a heart stops beating.

This unit is applicable in any workplace setting, and complies with only the most up-to-date guidelines in accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC).
Annual CPR re-certification is required across a number of fields to meet minimum workplace requirements. However, it also provides invaluable insight and piece of mind for EVERYONE out in the broader community or at home.
