Provide First Aid (also known as Workplace First Aid or Senior First Aid) teaches participants the fundamental knowledge & skills to assist in a home or workplace emergency until medical help arrives.
This training is applicable across any workplace setting, and complies with only the most up-to-date guidelines in accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC).
In this nationally recognised course, participants will learn how to identify and manage some of the most commonly occurring medical conditions.
Individuals undertaking this course will be expected to complete both written and practical assessment tasks.
Performance tasks and Practical scenarios:
Theory assessment – A written assessment consisting of multiple-choice questions. The student must successfully complete all assessment questions.
We are happy to reschedule your training, providing that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will automatically receive a 25% re-booking fee payable at the time of rescheduling.
Failure to attend your training for any reason or rescheduling the training multiple times will also incur this re-booking fee regardless of notice period given. Please contact the office to organise this.

A USI is required by all participants who complete nationally recognised, accredited training.
Without this government issued code Action & Emergency will be unable to register your training or provide a certificate upon completion.
